I currently attend UNC Chapel Hill pursuing degrees in Journalism and Global Studies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Originally from Alt\u00f6tting, Germany, I have grown up with global influences. My father is German while my mother is from Benin, West Africa. I have lived in the U.S. for most of my life, but spent much of my life moving across state lines and oceans. I speak German fluently and am proficient in French. I love doing work that allows me to engage with a global perspective. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have always had a love for writing and came to UNC-CH with the goal of becoming a writer.
